Terms of Service

Please kindly review the following terms and conditions as your payment for any order is deemed as your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Thank you!

Shipping:
We normally ship in 3 business days after payment is cleared for an order. We can only offer standard shipping by default in this marketplace, which delivers in 15-31 days after dispatching. However, expedited shipping is also available for an extra cost of US$15. If you need expedited shipping service, please contact me at [email protected] after placing your order.

Order Change / Cancellation Eligibility Window:
Change / Cancellation Request received within 2 days from the original order date
You can request to swap to another product or size, or to cancel the order at no cost on your end. For example, if you paid $100 for the item and $10 for shipping, you will receive $100 + $10 when you request to cancel an order during this period. We will process your request within 2 business days.

Exchange
We accept exchange request within 5 days after an order is delivered (based on the delivery record provided by the shipping company). Please contact me at [email protected] to arrange for further steps.

Return
We accept return request within 3 days after an order is delivered (based on the delivery record provided by the shipping company), and return packages shall be sent out within 5 days after an order is delivered. Please contact me at [email protected] to arrange for further steps.

All returns are subject to an administrative fee of 20%.

Please note that we can not process return/refund request for any customized item, and we can only accept parcels sent via registered shipping service or any shipping service that can be tracked. Please kindly provide us with the tracking number once you have sent out the return parcel so we can forward the information to the relevant personnel for follow up.
